Gayle Van Gils, founder and president of Transform Your Culture, LLC, mentors leaders and emerging leaders to find personal and business success from the inside out. She has deep experience and training in applied mindfulness and emotional intelligence, personal development, group dynamics based on empathy and authentic interaction, and the science of workplace wellbeing.
This unique combination of skills allows her to communicate the human tools needed for our dynamic and challenging times. She inspires confidence and growth in her clients, helping leaders align with their values and bring greater value to their teams, organizations, and the world. She is the award-winning author of Happier at Work: The Power of Love to Transform the Workplace, and the popular and highly rated Udemy Business courses, “Smart Tips: 911llness” and “Smart Tips: Navigating Change and Uncertainty.”
Van Gils is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, also a Barrett Values Center and Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competency Inventory certified consultant and a Certified Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence coach. With her unique background of an MBA from UCLA, a bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke, and decades of practicing meditation, she continues to help thousands of people find more peace, energy, inspiration, joy and success in their lives and businesses.
