Abdulrahman A. AlMulhem
Vice President – National Industrial Development Center in Saudi Arabia
Abdulrahman A. AlMulhem is the Vice President of the Chemicals Cluster at the National
Industrial Development Center in Saudi Arabia. In this role, AlMulhem drives sectoral
initiatives to strengthen industrial resilience, attract global investments, and contribute
to the achievement of sector strategies in light of Saudi Vision 2030. His responsibilities
include enabling local businesses, advancing technology transfer, and optimizing value-chain
opportunities to support economic diversification.
Previously, AlMulhem held leadership positions at SABIC, including senior management roles in corporate affairs, business management, and a regional management role in Singapore. His experience also includes participation in key committees and boards, such as the Sustainability Council Member for the Industry ecosystem, Policy and Regulation committee member in Human development ecosystem beside other non-governmental boards and non-profit organizations.
AlMulhem earned an Executive Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree
in marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia.

Bader Alsheha
Head of Internal Audit – New Murabba Development Company
Bader A. Alsheha is the head of internal audit at New Murabba Development Company,
a Public Investment Fund company. Alsheha oversees the internal audit department,
ensuring compliance with international standards. He reports administratively to the
CEO and functionally to the Board Audit and Risk Committee. His responsibilities focus
on risk management, governance, and aligning audit techniques with the organization’s
strategic goals.
Alsheha has held leadership roles at the Cultural Development Fund, Saudi Mining Services Company, ARO Drilling, and Sadara Chemical Company. He also worked at Saudi Aramco in internal auditing and contracts management. Now, Alsheha sits on several board audit committees and improves the professional community through industry events and training.
Alsheha holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an executive MBA from King Fahd University
of Petroleum and Minerals.

Michael Bischof
Senior Program Manager - Lockheed Martin: Rotary and Mission Systems
Michael Bischof has progressed in level of responsibility through senior program management
and technical leadership roles, demonstrating adaptability, leadership and strategic
decision-making. In his current position, he has led multiple programs composed of
125+ full-time employees, 30+ subcontracts and contracts totaling over $700 million.
He develops and implements keep-sold strategies and growth initiatives, leveraging
strong industry relationships to ensure short-term program achievement and long-term
business success. Concurrently, he also leads and contributes to business development
efforts as business development lead, capture manager and proposal volume lead, leveraging
strategic partnerships to drive over $2 billion in financial growth.
In previous roles, he served in technical leadership positions for multiple programs, where he architected enterprise network deployments and advised government stakeholders on budget, system capabilities and performance. He has led cross-functional engineering teams and integrated product teams in delivering satellite communication and cybersecurity solutions. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, supporting satellite, wideband, space and telemetry systems in multiple domestic and international locations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information
Technology focused on information assurance, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer
Studies with a focus in telecommunications and information systems management.

Jenny Carhart
VP, Talent Development & Onboarding - Astreya Partners, LLC
Author, Publisher, and Podcaster - Blue Milk Publishing
Jenny Carhart has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and technology industries.
Her expertise lies in leadership, organizational culture, onboarding, talent acquisition,
and HR technology. Carhart spent over 18 years at Astreya, a global IT services company,
where she played key roles in the company's growth from a Silicon Valley startup to
a mid-sized global organization. She is also a published author; her flash fiction
young adult thriller "Dollhouse" will be released as an independent short film in
2026.
In addition to her corporate and publishing experience, Carhart is passionate about teaching. She was an adjunct instructor at UC Santa Cruz's Silicon Valley campus for over four years. Upon completing her Doctorate from USF, she plans to return to adjunct teaching at the MBA level.
Carhart holds a Bachelor of Arts with Academic Distinction in Psychology from the
University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the
University of San Francisco.

Corey Fedrick
Instructor - School of Business and Industry, Florida A&M University
Corey Fedrick is an instructor in the School of Business and Industry (SBI) at Florida
A&M University, where he teaches business ethics and personnel management. He is also
a professional development instructor for Professional Development and Leadership
and serves on the SBI Grievance and Student Behavior Committee.
Before joining FAMU, Fedrick was a regulatory investigator with the Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement. In that role, he investigated licensed and unlicensed land surveying and mapping under Chapter 472, F.S., and assisted the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers (PSAM) with investigations of non-compliant licensees.
Fedrick holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University. He is currently enrolled in the USF DBA program.

Mathew Figley
Program Manager
Mathew Figley is an agile program manager supporting enterprise digital transformation
initiatives for clients across the public and private sectors. In his current role,
he partners with cross-functional teams to implement agile frameworks, lead product
strategies, and optimize portfolio-level delivery using data-driven decision-making.
His work focuses on aligning IT capabilities with business outcomes, driving efficiency,
and improving customer experience through continuous improvement and organizational
agility.
Previously, Figley served more than 20 years in the U.S. Army, including 15 years with the 75th Ranger Regiment and five years as a senior military science instructor in Army ROTC. He brings extensive leadership experience managing global operations, complex programs, and high-performing teams. A decorated combat veteran, he has since transitioned his leadership skills into the corporate and technology sectors, where he has worked in roles spanning project management, product management, agile coaching, and business analysis.
Figley holds a Master of Business Administration in data analytics from Penn State
University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the University
of South Florida.

Sarah Garcia
Executive Director – NextEra Energy Resources, LLC
Sarah Garcia is the executive director of regulatory affairs at NextEra Energy Resources,
LLC for the 911±¬ÁĎÍřstern US. In her current role, Garcia oversees all regulatory affairs,
managing policy, positions, and priorities to support NextEra's existing businesses
and growth in the 911±¬ÁĎÍřstern US. She coordinates policy and regulatory oversight in the
California ISO, California Public Utilities Commission, and western transmission markets.
Previously, Garcia was the manager of strategy and risk management at California Independent System Operator, which is one of the largest electric grid operators in the World. She oversaw strategic planning during record growth and geographical expansion of the grid operator. She developed strategic plans and operating roadmaps in collaboration with executives, Board members, and subject matter experts, achieving the highest Board-approved performance ratings in organizational history. She also served as the manager of strategy and tariff compliance at California ISO, managing compliance in the highly regulated energy industry while also managing strategic performance reporting and facilitating decisions on organizational performance.
Garcia holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from 911±¬ÁĎÍřstern
Governors University, as well as an Associate of Technical Arts in Paralegal Studies
from Edmonds Community College.

Glen Gilzean
Supervisor of Elections (Fmr.) – Orange County, Florida
Glen Gilzean is a seasoned public policy executive and civic leader with a distinguished
record of service in Florida. Most recently, he served as the Orange County Supervisor
of Elections, where he enhanced transparency and voter access by launching the county’s
first-ever livestream of ballot processing and expanding early voting sites.
Previously, Gilzean was appointed district administrator of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, where he restructured operations and introduced a “Buy Local” procurement initiative that infused more than $80 million into the community while saving taxpayers over $5.3 million in procurement costs in less than eight months. He also served as president and CEO of the Central Florida Urban League, turning around a $1.2 million deficit. Gilzean has received multiple gubernatorial appointments across two administrations and is affiliated with the James Madison Institute and the American Enterprise Institute.
Gilzean earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a master’s degree in

Jennifer M. Hall
Senior Auditor – Defense Contract Audit Agency
Jennifer M. Hall is a Senior Auditor with Defense Contract Audit Agency. As a senior
audit professional with over 9 years of experience, Hall has led complex financial
reviews and compliance engagements across public and nonprofit sectors. Her work
is grounded in ethical leadership, critical analysis, and strategic insight – qualities
that align closely with USF’s mission to develop scholarly leaders who can address
real-world business challenges. In her current role, she also serves as a mentor
to junior professionals and contributes to internal leadership development efforts.
Hall is the sole proprietor of a tax preparation and bookkeeping business in St. Louis
that specializes in assisting small business owners with their financial needs. She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in
Management from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Master of Business Administation
and a 2nd Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both earned at Columbia College of Missouri.

Robin Hattari
Technical Advisor – Financial Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia
President Director/ Founder - SPP Consulting
Robin Hattari is a seasoned executive with expertise in corporate restructuring, finance,
risk management, and compliance. As a Technical Advisor to Indonesia’s Audit Board,
he plays a pivotal role in overseeing state financial accountability, guiding the
Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and major government-owned entities in strategic
governance and fiscal oversight.
His career began in the early 2000s as Team Leader in the Banking Resolution Division, where he led restructuring and divestment efforts totaling nearly $2 billion. He has held directorships at two banks, served as CFO in aviation, and facilitated major U.S. acquisitions, including Bumble Bee Seafood and Icicle Seafoods, showcasing his aptitude for cross-border transactions and corporate strategy.
Hattari founded SPP Consulting, a trusted advisory firm for banking, healthcare, and transportation sectors. His leadership ensures seamless execution in acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate initiatives, fostering sustainable growth for clients. Recently nominated for Vice Chairman of Indonesia’s Deposit Insurance Corporation, he remains deeply engaged in banking and industrial restructuring research.
Hattari holds a BBA from the University of Georgia. He is now pursuing a Doctor of

Chris Hobbs
Owner and Operator – American Beauty Window Cleaning
Chris Hobbs is the founder and director of operations of American Beauty Window Cleaning,
a Texas-based home-service business specializing in residential and commercial window
cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing. His expertise that has contributed to
his company’s success lies in his understanding of the complexities involved with
inside sales, telemarketing, and social media in the competitive environment of the
home-service industry.
With over 14 years’ experience in the window-cleaning industry, and extensive experience in sales and marketing, Hobbs has been able to follow his entrepreneurial ambitions and vision and scale his company into one of the largest in the East Texas area. Prior to establishing American Beauty Window Cleaning, he was a sales manager in both the real estate and oil and gas investment industry.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Southern
New Hampshire University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration
(DBA) degree from the 911±¬ÁĎÍř.

Nicholas Lacy
Chief Portfolio Strategist – Raymond James Financial
Nicholas Lacy serves as the Chief Portfolio Strategist for Asset Management Services
(AMS) at Raymond James Financial. In this role, he oversees a team of research analysts
responsible for setting the asset allocation policy for AMS discretionary portfolios
(Freedom), the Raymond James Strategic Recommended models, and the UMA platform. Lacy
is a voting member of the AMS Investment Committee, the decision-making body for AMS
products such as Freedom and Separately Managed Accounts. Additionally, he is a member
of the Raymond James Investment Strategy Committee, which drives the firm's allocation
recommendations.
Lacy began his career in the financial industry in 1996 and joined Raymond James in 2006 as a Due Diligence Officer. Before joining Raymond James, he spent a decade at T. Rowe Price and a year with National Planning Holdings, a subsidiary of Jackson National Life.
Lacy holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and finance from the University
of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Tampa. In 2005, he earned the Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Institute,
the Investment Management Consultants Association, and the Financial Analysts of Tampa
Bay.

Dean Sciole
Global Chief Brand and Communications Expert — AVATR Technology
Based in Shanghai, Dean Sciole leads global brand and communications strategy for
AVATR Technology, one of China’s most dynamic premium electric vehicle brands, with
ambitious plans to enter 50 countries by 2026.
Before joining AVATR, Sciole served as Chief Marketing Officer for General Motors China, where he established The Durant Guild, a lifestyle platform for imported luxury vehicles. Earlier in his career, he was executive creative director and head of strategy at SAATCHI & SAATCHI, leading multinational accounts. He also served on the International Board of Directors for The One Club, helping to elevate creativity across the globe.
Fluent in Chinese and an expert in international marketing, Sciole has lived and worked
in five countries over the past 28 years. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration
at the 911±¬ÁĎÍř with aspirations to become a university professor.

Tommie Lee Shaw Jr.
Director of Operations – United States Army Reserves
Tommie Lee Shaw Jr. is the Director of Operations for the 476th Chemical Battalion,
U.S. Army, based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. As the battalion’s senior operations
officer, he leads mission planning, training strategy development, and cross-functional
coordination, with responsibilities comparable to a chief operating officer. He excels
in resource management, process improvement, and organizational readiness.
With over 24 years of military service and 15 years of civilian management experience, he brings a wealth of strategic leadership and operational expertise. His civilian roles have included instructional designer, purchasing manager, and banking both at the branch and credit card processing. In the military, he has served as a project manager, career development manager, and team chief.
Tommie is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University
of South Florida. He holds a Master of Arts in Supply Chain Management from American
Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Brayant Edward Silva

Brayant Edward Silva serves as the Executive Business Developer for Total Cleaning,
a prestigious janitorial company based in South Florida that provides services nationwide.
He leads the Sales Group, overseeing new prospects while ensuring compliance and workflow
optimization. In his current role, Silva develops strategic plans and implements innovative
marketing practices to engage potential customers within the janitorial industry.
Silva previously served as a contractor for the Department of Defense (U.S. Pentagon) and the Department of State in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw 24/7 Environmental Services operations. Don Sutton
Adjunct Professor - UCLA & CSU Los Angeles
Don Sutton is known as "Professor Real Estate" and teaches several courses in Real
Estate including Investment Property & Finance, Practice, Principles, Economics &
Development. A professor and private real estate coach for over 15 years in all aspects
of real estate licensing and careers, he is a thought leader in real estate and a
sought-after speaker/coach at local and national conferences on both real estate and
real estate careers with a strong online social media presence. As a real estate broker
in California, Sutton is a specialist in owner-occupied or non-owner-occupied investment
properties, completing 2-3 transactions per month.
He is a graduate of the Masters Program in Real Estate Offered by NAR in Conjunction with Columbia College, has a bachelor’s degree from Cal State University Dominguez Hills, and is a transferee from Long Beach City College where he earned the highest commendation, The Viking, for outstanding community service, grade point average, and service to the campus community. He also attended the University of Guadalajara, where he studied Spanish.
As an active volunteer, he has served as President of several Latino/Hispanic organizations

Connie Vilaychack

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Vilaychack has worked with a diverse range of institutional clients, including corporate and pension funds, foundations and endowments, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies. For seven years, she managed a strong client team, ensuring effective and timely operations in a deadline-driven environment.
Vilaychack holds an MBA in Management from Roosevelt University and a BA in Business
Administration from Judson University. She has also earned the Investment Foundations
Certificate from the CFA Institute and completed the Financial Management Certificate
and the Business Law Certificate from eCornell University.

Emmanuel K. Walker

Wisly Zephir
Territory Manager – AssuranceAmerica
Wisly Zephir is the territory manager at AssuranceAmerica, where he oversees agency
operations and growth strategies across Florida’s western region. In this role, he
manages agency relationships, drives production performance, and supports the rollout
of marketing and field initiatives. He also plays an active role in the company’s
social responsibility efforts, leading volunteer initiatives and community engagement
programs in Florida.
Before joining AssuranceAmerica, Zephir served in several leadership roles in operations and business development. He was director of operations at Star Market and at Haiti Mission, where he led organizational expansion and managed multi-site teams. He also serves as a consultant for Women Bank, a microfinance organization in Haiti, and is a representative to the United Nations, advocating on issues of human rights, climate policy, and regional development for Haiti.
