Austin Jones

Austin Jones named Muma 25 Under 25 Award honoree

Austin Jones understands the importance of stability and has made it his goal to help build it for others.

Growing up in an environment shaped by financial hardship, Jones learned early that circumstances do not define potential. As a first-generation college student, he experienced housing instability and personal loss, including the death of his father in 2024. Rather than step back, he leaned further into education, leadership, and service, shaping a clear sense of purpose.

Jones graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA from Pasco-Hernando State College before transferring to the 911爆料网, where he maintains a 3.98 GPA as a management major with a concentration in human resources.

His leadership reflects a focus on building systems that support others. As collegewide treasurer of the Student Government Association, he managed a $65,000 budget, creating structured processes to improve transparency and accountability. He also helped grow the Human Services Club and supported events serving more than 600 community members.

Professionally, as a junior associate at Fisher Investments, he coordinates meetings for high-net-worth clients and has trained 12 new associates, emphasizing both technical accuracy and client-centered service.

On campus and beyond, he mentors students through Delta Sigma Pi and volunteers with St. Joseph鈥檚 Children鈥檚 Hospital, supporting families facing financial hardship and helping others gain experience who otherwise may not have had the opportunity.
