Spall completed two internships with Cigna Healthcare in Connecticut as a competitive insights and network development intern, where she developed data-driven hospital comparison reports and analyzed market trends to support strategic decision-making. She continues that work academically through her honors thesis, which explores how to evaluate emerging AI models in oncology.
On campus, Spall has taken on leadership roles that emphasize connection and accessibility.
