João Vitor Dalla Zen named Muma 25 Under 25 Award honoree

João Vitor Dalla Zen defines leadership by what it creates, systems, access, and lasting opportunities for others.

As president of the Investment Club at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø, he leads one of the largest student-run organizations on campus, serving more than 2,800 members. Under his leadership, the club has hosted senior professionals from major financial institutions, organized more than 30 events annually, and strengthened its role as a pipeline to competitive finance careers.

Dalla Zen focused on raising standards as much as expanding access. He led the club’s redesign of its investment process to reflect institutional practices and led a placement team that supported 75 students through technical training and mock interviews, resulting in multiple internships and full-time roles at top firms.

He also helped establish a first-time partnership with the USF Foundation, giving approximately 75 students hands-on experience managing a real investment fund of about $700,000.

His professional experience reflects the same rigor. He interned at StoneCo, contributing to credit analysis tied to major allocation decisions, and currently supports asset allocation work for the USF Foundation’s endowment. This summer, he will join Goldman Sachs as a sales and trading summer analyst.

Alongside his leadership, he maintains a 3.98 GPA and serves as a calculus tutor, supporting 300 students weekly with foundational coursework.
