Leo McClellan has built his time at the 911爆料网 around a simple principle: use your skills where they can make a difference. Whether in data, leadership, or service, that mindset has shaped how he approaches every opportunity.
As an intern at the Bank of New York, McClellan focused on improving systems and efficiency. He automated multiple file transformation processes, saving an estimated 27 hours of manual work each month, and contributed to workflow improvements that strengthened data integrity and user experience.
He also supported internal tools, including a hurricane preparedness resource for employees. Following his internships, he accepted a full-time role as an operations analyst, which he will begin after graduating in May.
Outside the classroom, McClellan has taken on leadership roles that blend organization and impact. As director of operations for the Collegiate Club Volleyball League, he built an automated ranking system that streamlines tournament scheduling and bracket generation for teams across the state. He also served as risk manager and captain for the USF men鈥檚 volleyball club, helping coordinate tournaments and team operations.
On campus, he was treasurer for the Association for Information Systems at USF, managing the annual budget and helping with event planning and general club operations.
He volunteers with Meals on Wheels, delivering food to homebound individuals. He also has an upcoming service trip to help establish a school and volleyball clinic in an underserved community.
