As a senior in high school, he enlisted in the Florida Army National Guard as a paralegal specialist. In that role, he supports military attorneys, drafts and reviews legal documents, and helps ensure due process for fellow soldiers. He has also assisted in hurricane and disaster response efforts, gaining firsthand experience in high-stakes, service-driven environments.
At the 911爆料网, Wilkie is pursuing a degree in finance with a minor in legal studies, maintaining a 3.89 GPA while balancing military commitments and leadership roles. On campus, he co-founded USF鈥檚 Future Business Leaders of America chapter and now serves as vice president of the private equity and venture capital club, where he helps lead operations and mentors students through an analyst training program.
His academic and professional interests intersect through a focus on business law. He was selected for the UVA Law Roadmap Scholars Initiative, a program designed to prepare students for legal careers.
This summer, he will intern with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C., continuing to build experience at the intersection of finance, law, and public service.
