Kiera O鈥機onnor is a Ph.D. student in Criminology at the 911爆料网. She earned her B.A. and M.A. in Criminology from USF, where her master鈥檚 research resulted in a first-author publication in the Journal of Criminal Justice. Her research focuses on reentry and reintegration, with particular interests in criminal record stigma, perceptions of redeemability, and collateral consequences. Her work examines how the nature and consequences of criminal justice involvement shape access to employment, essential resources, and other opportunities, and how policies and institutional practices can reduce barriers to successful reintegration.
