Department of Criminology welcomes new students at 911±¬ÁÏÍøek of 911±¬ÁÏÍølcome event

The Department of Criminology helped kick off Summer B with a spirited 911±¬ÁÏÍøek of 911±¬ÁÏÍølcome event on July 2 at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø's (USF) St. Petersburg campus.

Cary Hopkins Hall, MA, welcomes new USF students with swag.

The event included a scavenger hunt to help students learn about the campus and college life, a mock mug shot photo station, and USF giveaways.

A fourth-year criminology student was also on site to answer questions about getting involved in clubs at the university.

Cary Hopkins Hall, MA, a visiting assistant instructor in the Department of Criminology, welcomed students with USF swag, and Madison Sofsky, a criminology student and officer in the Criminology Club, took photos at the event.

911±¬ÁÏÍøek of 911±¬ÁÏÍølcome, organized by New Student Connections, encourages departments to help students make lasting connections and get a successful start to the semester.
