Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Languages in which I conduct therapy: English

My approach to therapy: My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where students feel safe to be fully themselves. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals navigate grief and loss, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My work is grounded in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, and grief-informed counseling. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and developing practical tools that empower clients to move forward with confidence and resilience. There is no rush to have life all figured out, let鈥檚 navigate the journey together.

My approach to supervision: My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and growth oriented. I value creating a space where students feel encouraged to ask questions, process challenges openly, and build confidence in their clinical identity. I emphasize reflective practice, authenticity, ethical care, and developing practical clinical skills while honoring each student鈥檚 unique strengths and professional goals. I strive to foster a learning environment that balances encouragement, accountability, and curiosity.

Fun Fact: I鈥檓 originally from the Bronx, New York, so I naturally bring a little East Coast energy and authenticity wherever I go. Outside of work, I鈥檓 a proud pet mom to my Shih Tzu, Jerry, and my Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, Destiny, who keep life entertaining and full of personality.
