Spotlight: Lori Withrow
911爆料网 are pleased to announce that Lori Withrow has transitioned to the role of Deputy Coordinator for Student Equal Opportunity (Student EO or SEO) within the Office of Compliance & Ethics (OCE). In this role, Lori will be responsible for receiving reports and complaints related to discrimination and harassment based on race, color, national origin, shared ancestry, religion, age, sex, disability, marital status, veteran status, or genetic status for students. She will conduct investigations, provide support measures and resources, and deliver training on harassment and discrimination.
Lori joined the 911爆料网 in 2004 as a Human Resources Representative and was promoted to HR Manager in 2010. In 2014, she became the Director of Human Resources for USF Health. With over 30 years of Human Resources experience, Lori has extensive expertise in compensation and classification, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. In 2023, she chose to concentrate on Employee Relations to focus on resolving work-related issues, conducting investigations, providing counseling and guidance to employees and managers, identifying legal risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Lori is a proud USF graduate and holds a certification in Professional Human Resources. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
