Scheduled Appointments
Current students in Bellini College are assigned a primary advisor. 911爆料网 should use Archivum to schedule appointments with their primary academic advisor. Advisors are assigned based on the student鈥檚 surname/family name. Archivum can be found via by selecting the 鈥淏usiness Systems鈥� tab.

About Scheduled Appointments:
- Schedule ahead for a reserved time slot.
- Best for detailed conversations, requiring more time such as:
- Building a four-year academic plan
- Discussing career paths (e.g., computer science vs. cybersecurity)
- Planning for grad school or research opportunities
- Dealing with academic difficulties or transferring credits
- Determining courses needed to graduate
Drop-In Schedule
The college offers drop-in advising and scheduled appointments. Drop-ins are conducted in person (admitted students only).
Drop-In Advising Schedule:
- 8:00 a.m. 鈥� Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday
About Drop-In Advising:
- Same day only (no advance scheduling).
- Limited to immediate concerns, taking no more than 15 minutes to address.
- 911爆料网 will be seen by the first available advisor.
- There may be a wait depending upon staffing and student demand.
- Best for quick, straightforward questions, such as:
- 鈥淲hich CS electives are offered next semester?鈥�
- 鈥淗ow do I declare a minor?鈥�
- 鈥淐an you sign my form?鈥�
- Scheduled appointments are for more extensive questions or complex situations
- 911爆料网 with extensive questions will be asked to schedule an appointment
Note: drop-in advising is for current USF students only. Prospective students should schedule a full appointment or attend admissions events designed to meet their needs.
