Bio
Jessica Armenteros is a career advisor for the Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing, where she supports students in preparing for successful career paths in rapidly evolving technical fields. She brings extensive experience in both corporate training design and higher education career services.
Before joining USF, she partnered with subject matter experts in her role at Baptist Health South Florida to develop coursework that aligned with medical accreditation standards and improving performance outcomes. Armenteros also has experience as a career advisor at Florida International University, where she organized and facilitated employer-related engagement activities. She also coached engineering students on career development to increase post-graduation employment.
Armenteros, who is bilingual, received a master鈥檚 degree in college student affairs from USF in 2018 and bachelor鈥檚 degree in health service administration from the University of Central Florida in 2015.

Barrington Williamson is a career advisor for the Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing, where he helps students prepare for internships and full-time roles in fast-growing technology fields. He brings more than a decade of experience recruiting technical talent for global companies and can give students practical insight into what employers are seeking in the current job market.
Before joining USF, Williamson served as a technical recruiter for organizations such as Kenvue, Amazon, JPMorgan Chase and PricewaterhouseCoopers, hiring for roles in software development, data engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. He has extensive experience guiding early-career candidates, leading university recruiting efforts and improving hiring processes to support diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
Throughout his career, Williamson has coached candidates on resumes, interviewing and navigating competitive tech hiring landscapes. He received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing from Quincy University, in Illinois, in 2015.
