Richard Hartman
Richard Hartman, MD is the chief innovation officer (CINO) within the US Air Force Office of Energy Assurance, where he is responsible for energy security initiatives for the Air and Space Force. As CINO, he identifies and develops strategies to deploy innovative solutions to enhance energy resilience worldwide with global partners in academia, industry and government(s) through partnerships to get energy resilience projects approved, solicited and/or built. He holds a PhD in policy and management and has held adjunct faculty positions at George Washington University and Georgetown University. Dr. Hartman serves on various public and private sector boards where he advises start-ups as well as established companies.
