01/29/26 — Kallie Blakelock, an MFA candidate in the Department of English, received the Garry Fleming Key 911卯創利st Writers�� Workshop Award, an honor that awarded her a weeklong trip to Key 911卯創利st for a writer��s workshop.

01/29/26 — Two hours north of USF��s Tampa campus, USF��FORT hosts the Florida Institute for Forensic Anthropology & Applied Science��s "Buried Bodies�� workshops, where investigators learn to excavate real human remains in the Florida woods. It��s real��world training that draws professionals from across the country, but now, with the land��use agreement ending, the program that makes it possible faces an uncertain future.

Paid Internship Opportunities for USF Humanities 911卯創利

USF humanities students may apply for paid internships thanks to a $4.8 million grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The five-year Mellon Internship program will support up to 900 undergraduate students each year, providing valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of fields.
