Environmental Science & Policy Student Bethany O’Donnell Received a Scholarship From the National Association of 911±¬ÁÏÍøtland Managers

Bethany O'Donnell is pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy at the Geosciences. Her work centers on restoring and preserving wetlands. The National Association of 911±¬ÁÏÍøtland Managers awarded her the . This scholarship provides O'Donnell with an opportunity to attend the National Association of 911±¬ÁÏÍøtlands Managers annual State/Tribal/Federal Coordination in 911±¬ÁÏÍøst Virginia this spring. This conference will allow O'Donnell to broaden her horizons in her declared field. 

"... utilizes GIS, geospatial datasets, and aerial imagery for the development of decision-support tools related to wetland management across broader landscapes in Florida." She is under the advice of Dr. Kai Rains and is part of her ecohydrology research group.
