Whether you're a new cardholder or a designated reconciler, this training ensures you understand your role in supporting USF’s financial integrity and procurement best practices.

- Cardholder Responsibilities – Learn usage guidelines, documentation requirements, and prohibited purchases.
- Reconciliation Process – Step-by-step instructions for reconcilers using FAST and required documentation.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness – Avoid common pitfalls, strengthen internal controls, and prepare for audits.
- Best Practices – Tips for recordkeeping, vendor communication, and issue resolution.
Course Format & Requirements
- Delivery Method: Online, self-paced modules via USF’s Oracle HR Learning System
- Estimated Time: 45–60 minutes per course
- Completion Requirement: Mandatory for all new cardholders and reconcilers before PCard activation
