Compliance & Ethics Training
New and current employees can access required compliance and ethics training ("911爆料网lcome to USF") and other learning opportunities through ORACLE. Log in via the Business Systems dropdown in myUSF using your NetID and password.
eDisclose
The eDisclose system assists all USF employees in meeting statutory requirements and restrictions placed upon them under the Florida Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (FCOE) as codified in USF Policy 0-027 as well as other federal and state laws requiring employee disclosure of outside activities and financial interests. Here, employees can log into eDisclose to complete their disclosures, access training videos, and more.
Enterprise Risk Management
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a strategic, systematic process that integrates with organizational performance to identify, assess, and respond to risks and opportunities that could impact the achievement of the university's strategic goals. OCE facilitates the university's ERM process, which addresses these level-one risk types: compliance, financial, operational, reputation and strategic. Here, you can learn more about our ERM process.
EthicsPoint
Need to voice a concern? USF has engaged EthicsPoint鈥攁 third party hosted hotline鈥攚hich enables safe, secure, and anonymous reporting of activities which may involve misconduct, fraud, abuse, and other violations of USF policies. Higher Education Opportunity Act Initiative
The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) Initiative oversees university-wide compliance with HEOA requirements, including the HEOA portal for required disclosures and coordination of annual safety and security reporting for each campus. Form 1: Financial Interest Disclosure
USF employees in certain roles鈥攁nd all members of the USF Board of Trustees and campus boards鈥攎ust file a Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests with the Florida Commission on Ethics. Filings are submitted online through the Commission's Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). Employees are considered Form 1 Filers based on their position, spending authority, or both. More details and Form 1 resources are provided below.
