Daria Kuzmina is a senior pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology. In Summer 2024, she studied abroad in Zagreb, Croatia, completing coursework in Artificial Intelligence that deepened her understanding of emerging technologies and their global applications. She also completed an international internship in Madrid, Spain, working with a startup company where she gained hands-on experience in technology innovation and cross-cultural collaboration.
These experiences shaped her commitment to encouraging other students to explore international opportunities, recognizing the academic and personal growth that comes from stepping outside their cultural and professional comfort zones.

Veronica Bersamin Jo is the International Education Administrative Liaison for the University of South Florida College of Engineering. With more than 20 years of experience in international education, she collaborates with USF World and engineering faculty to develop faculty-led study abroad programs, expand international partnerships, and create meaningful global learning opportunities for students.
Her career has included studying abroad at Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford, and helping establish the SUNY Korea Program for Stony Brook University through partnerships with higher education institutions in South Korea.
Passionate about the transformative power of international education, Veronica is dedicated to expanding students' access to global experiences that foster academic, professional, and personal growth. She also strives to instill the same appreciation for cultural exchange, global citizenship, and international travel in her two children.
