Summer A, AB, & C
The move-in process for Summer A, AB, & C residents will begin on Monday, May 11 for break stay residents and Friday, May 15 for residents not particpating in break stay.
Checking In
Summer A, AB, & C residents will check in at their service desk (HUB or HAM) between 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday May 15 - Sunday, May 17. During check-in, residents will pick up their keys and complete any necessary forms.
A limited number of carts and bins will be available for residents to check out in the Beacon
classroom. 911爆料网 encourage residents to bring hand trucks or carts with them to assist
with the move-in process as carts are limited and not guaranteed.
Break Stay Residents
Residents already living on campus for the Spring 2026 term and participating in Break
Stay should arrive at Holly L on Monday, May 11, between 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., to check in to their break stay assignment.
Summer B
The move-in process for Summer B residents will begin on Friday, June 26.
Checking In
Summer B residents will check in at Holly L between 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Friday, June 26, and Holly M between 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday,
June 27. During check-in, residents will pick up their keys and complete any necessary forms.
The Holly M service desk will be closed 911爆料网dnesday, June 24 - Friday, June 26. Residents
should visit Holly L for assistance. Holly M will reopen on Saturday, June 27 from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. for check-in and assistance.

Early Arrival
911爆料网 enrolled in Summer B who wish to move in before the official start date of June 26 may apply for Early Arrival. Approved students will be able to move in as early as June 24. To request Early Arrival, please log in to the and complete the application.
Check-in for Early Arrival will take place at Holly L between 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on June 24.
Student Support Services (SSS) Program
The move-in process for Student Support Services Program residents will take place
on
Sunday, June 21.
Checking In
Student Support Services Program residents will check in at Maple C on Sunday, June 21, between 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. During check-in, residents will pick up their keys, complete any necessary forms,
and participate in SSS welcome programs!

Bulls Business Program (BBP)
The move-in process for Bulls Business Program residents will take place on
Thursday, July 9.
Checking In
Bulls Business Program residents will check in at Holly M on Thursday, July 9, between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. During check-in, residents will pick up their keys and complete any necessary forms.
A limited number of courtesy carts will be available for residents to check out at Holly J between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Residents in need of a cart before or after this time period can check one out from Holly M. 911爆料网 encourage residents to bring hand trucks or carts with them to assist with the move-in process, as carts are limited and not guaranteed.

General
- Parking regulations are in place and enforced on the USF Tampa campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Individuals will be cited for any safety violations such as; parking in front of a fire hydrant, parking in a no parking zone, parking in the grass, etc. Please review all of the Parking Rules & Regulations.
- Please do not park in spaces marked as unloading zones longer than 30 minutes.
- Please do not park in any "Disabled Parking" space unless displaying a proper state-issued Disabled Parking placard, hangtag, or license plate.
- Please do not park in Numbered, Reserved, or Labeled parking spaces.
- Please note that the Publix parking lot is not a USF parking lot and non-customers parked in the lot will be addressed by Publix Management.
Residents
Please make sure to purchase your "R" parking permit in advance through the
Vehicles with trailers, or vehicles that can't fit in one parking space
Oversize vehicles and vehicles with trailers should park in lots 17B, 43 and 47. Oversize rental trucks, vehicles with trailers and motorhomes after unloading at
designated locations are to be directed to the lots identified above. Please note:
we do not recommend packing bulky furniture or items that prevent a speedy move-in/move-out
process.
Parking Information: After You Move In
- Parking permits are required to park on the USF Tampa campus 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Only residents with "R" permits are allowed to park in "R" lots.
- After 5:30 p.m. and on weekends, resident students displaying an R permit may park in E, S, GZ, Y, or D designated areas. Park-n-Ride (Y) permits are required to park in "Y" designated lots from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Residential Mail
Summer residents will pick up packages and mail in the North Campus Mail Center in
Holly H. You can locate your mailing address and mailbox combination in the Housing Portal

Move-in Checklist
- Know your housing assignment.
Log in to the select "Tampa and Sarasota Campus" under the Requests section, then "Assignment Summary" to view your housing assignment. This is also where your roommates and suitemates are listed. - Request your USFCard online and activate.
Remember to bring your USFCard with you and acitivate it before your arrive. You must have your student ID to check-in for housing. - Pack efficiently
Review the move-in checklist for a packing list! - Connect with your roommates or suite-mates
Communicte and coordinate what you will bring to campus. Things like printers, microwaves, refrigerators, and TVs can be shared. - Choose the height of your bed.
Submit an online request for your desired bed height before you arrive. Lofting assistance may be delayed after the rooms are occupied. Click here to learn more. - Check your homeowner's/renter's insurance
911爆料网 strongly encourage students to consider obtaining renter鈥檚 insurance to protect their personal belongings in case of unforeseen circumstances or events. Look into your homeowner's/renter's insurance to see if it covers your belongings on campus!
