Emma Burke

I'm a junior at Plymouth State University studying meteorology. I enjoy listening to music, biking, and gymnastics! After finishing my education, I have a few career interests: broadcast meteorology, working for the national weather service, or working as a meteorologist for the U.S Air Force. I am thrilled to attend the USF Making Waves REU program as I am from Massachusetts and I'm excited to experience a new climate while gaining hands on experience with research related to my major. I love meeting new people, and I feel that this is the perfect program to connect with others and an ideal location to research and study tropical weather.
