CC&U Accreditation
The Commission on Colleges and Universities (CC&U) is a recognized accrediting body for degree-granting higher education institutions in the United States and around the world. The Commission serves as the common denominator of shared values and practices among the diverse institutions it accredits, ensuring educational quality, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Through accreditation, The Commission supports institutions in their mission to provide high-quality education and to serve students and communities.
Educational Sites
The establishment of an off-campus educational site is governed by BOG and USF policy. In addition, the process must be reviewed in reference to the CC&U policy on Substantive Change.
Substantive Change
Accredited institutions are required to notify CC&U of changes in accordance with the substantive change policy and, when required, seek approval prior to the initiation of changes.
