Hyrox Small Group Training
Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts, designed to test endurance, strength, and athleticism.
Our Hyrox training sessions simulate real race conditions, focusing on building speed, stamina, and power. Each class includes a mix of running intervals and Hyrox-specific movements like sled pushes/pulls, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more.

Strength & Recovery Class
This dynamic fusion class combines the muscle-sculpting benefits of strength training (“Strength”) with the restorative power of mobility and stretching (“Recovery”).

- Music driven.
- All levels welcome – modifications provided.
